Our Mission
Soul City Church is a church plant in the heart of Midtown Jackson, Mississippi. Soul City exists to serve the souls of Midtown.
One way that Soul City is investing in the lives of those in Midtown is through Soul City Studio. As part of Soul City Works, the pottery studio serves as a discipleship tool and a place where people from the neighborhood can gather and have a creative outlet. The Studio also provides job opportunities for women in the neighborhood where many are without jobs.
The Studio is a place where creativity shines and people find encouragement; but more importantly, it is a place where the Lord is glorified.
*Wheel-throwing classes are paused for the time being.

Classes
We offer several class times throughout the week!
We offer classes in hand-building for groups size 2-24
and wheel-throwing for groups size 1-3.
Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Hour time slots at 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM
Saturdays: Hour time slots from 9:00AM - 7:00PM
For additional hours, please contact us.
How does it work?
Make your pottery piece during your class time. We will glaze it for you and hand deliver your piece to your organization or you may pick it up from the Studio.
Price?
$30 handbuilding
$25 for groups of 10 or more (use code GROUP10+)
$50 wheel-throwing
Class Size?
Our handbuilding classes usually range from 15-20 people.
Our wheel-throwing classes range from 1-3 people.
